This is a creative steak that we have been serving since we first opened our restaurant. We wrap aromatic vegetables in thin slices of specially selected pork loin and grill it with dashi broth! The excess fat has been removed and it can be enjoyed with a refreshing ponzu sauce. This is a masterpiece where the chef's attention to detail shines through in every step of the preparation! Reservations must be made at least one day in advance, so if you are ordering this on an important day, please make your reservation early.
